The Black River Haus is designed with the surrounding nature in mind for a cozy & rustic yet modern stay with beautiful details throughout the space. Open concept rustic chalet-style living room with a gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, dining/remote working area with panoramic windows, renovated bathroom with showe and heated floors, high speed Wifi (500 mbps) available to connect, canoe & kayak rental included (for warmer months only), snowshoes & poles rental included (for winter months only). There are 5 bedrooms available. The space outside has large east facing deck with gas BBQ grill, camp fire-pit Muskoka chair, parking space good for 3 cars.
This home features a loft bedroom with a king size bed and dresser as well as a queen-sized bed pullout couch on the main floor. Brand new luxurious kitchen with all modern amenities, large waterfall tiled shower in spacious bathroom, a live edge single slab dining room table, an entertainment area with comfy couch, leather wingback reading chair, flat screen HD TV, movie library, DVD player, book library, board games, cards, drafting style desk for work, and a roofed in hot tub outside. Guests also have an access to the spring fed pond that’s right off the front of the cabin. You can catch and release large mouth bass, swim or paddle boat!

The famous Victoria Rail Trail is a quick walk from the cottage where you will enter an extensive, snow covered and wooded matrix full of all winter’s wonders. String lights hung around the perimeter of the backyard space create a beautiful ambiance for having a bon fire overlooking the river below. Muskoka chairs are provided to enjoy the view and the fire, you will surely savor every moment you have here.
Perfect deep-water swimming with newer dock surrounded with armor stones. Tons of amenities, kayaks, pedal boat, hammock, board games, and more. This comes with the newer wraparound deck features glass railing and with built-in hot tub. It can accommodate 1 to 7 guests comfortably. Interior has a beautiful rustic look with cedar walls and a perfect mix of modern touches. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots, cups and coffee maker, and a water cooler. Large deck with a larger backyard and a beautiful view of the river. There are two friendly dogs that may bark to say hello to you on the right-side neighbors. Dogs use an invisible fence collar technology and do not come over to our property. Cottage is well maintained so you have nothing to worry.

The kitchen is large with an island for extra cooking space and a breakfast bar. The large living room has a couch that comfortably seats 6 adults, in addition to two comfortable reading chairs. The spa-like bathroom is modern and stylish, with a separate shower and freestanding bathtub. The bedrooms are comfortable and private.
